Sr. Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with a highly reputable law firm located in Los Angeles, CA seeking an 8+ year experienced litigation/trial attorney. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of solid Personal Injury litigation experience and have some trial experience. Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents
• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
• Make independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Work with experts
• Conduct legal research
• Other projects, as assigned

Required Experience for the position:

• Admitted to practice in State of CA
• Must have a minimum of 4 plus years of solid experience in litigation in State courts
• 8yrs Plaintiff Personal Injury experience in a law firm

Compensation: $150k-$300k/yr DOE plus percentage of settlements
