Sr. Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of solid Personal Injury litigation experience and have some trial experience. Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents
• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
• Make independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Work with experts
• Conduct legal research
• Other projects, as assigned
