Full Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Partner Success Manager, to join our fully remote US team at Thanks.
In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of publishers across ecommerce, ticketing and payments - ensuring their success, satisfaction, and growth on the Thanks.co platform. You’ll play a vital role in strengthening relationships, analysing data to maximize revenue opportunities, and aligning partner success with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Management & Growth:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of publishers, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to report on performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize ad campaigns, and maximize mutual success.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, campaign execution, and revenue optimization.
- Provide feedback from partners to the Product team to help shape the evolution of the Thanks.co platform.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor partner KPIs to ensure alignment with Thanks and our partner’s goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver regular reports on partner performance and account achievements.
- Market Insights & Innovation:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and partner needs to help Thanks.co maintain a competitive edge.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance partner success and drive mutual value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the advertising and technology industries.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills & the ability to utilise multiple data sources to drive insights and present these back to clients and stakeholders in an actionable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools; experience with advertising platforms is a plus.
