We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Partner Success Manager, to join our fully remote US team at Thanks.
In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of publishers across ecommerce, ticketing and payments - ensuring their success, satisfaction, and growth on the Thanks.co platform. You’ll play a vital role in strengthening relationships, analysing data to maximize revenue opportunities, and aligning partner success with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Management & Growth:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of publishers, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to report on performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize ad campaigns, and maximize mutual success.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
