Full Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FS8/VAURA sales, training, and business methodologies. As a Senior Network Performance Manager you will be expected to take a leadership role within the broader Performance Management team. You will be included in Performance strategy discussions with senior leadership and will be responsible for providing insights from the field for both yourself and the broader team, as well as be tasked with the responsibility of managing the team’s execution of select key strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
You will also be responsible for carrying out the day to day activities of a Network Performance Manager for your designated region, so that the studio owners and studio teams within your region receive exceptional Performance support. Your priority will be increasing AUVs (average unit volumes) across your studio portfolio through the provision of studio and regional specific operational recommendations, sales support, and business development solutions. You will be expected to engage with Franchisees via in-person meetings and via daily online remote communications when not in the field.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the General Manager, providing mentorship to subordinate Network Performance Managers, helping to advise and problem solve issues that may arise.
- As a leader, you will be responsible for organizing and managing Monthly Network Performance calls and their respective agendas.
- In collaboration with the General Manager, helping to manage the onboarding process for new team members joining the Network Performance Manager team and provide guidance where appropriate.
- Helping the General Manager to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all onboarding criteria as well as any continued professional development for the team through your experience with the process.
- In collaboration with the General Manager, providing insight into assessing the productivity of the rest of the team and helping formulate strategies to continually improve that productivity as well as provide feedback to the broader team.
- In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and implement the strategy for the roll out of data visualization dashboards both. internally to the Network Performance Manager team and the network studios.
- In collaboration with the General Manager, utilizing feedback from the Network Performance Manager team and the studio network, work with the Data Analytics team to continually develop and improve the data visualization dashboards.
- For your regional portfolio of studios you are responsible for ensuring that each is highly successful in terms of lead generation, lead nurturing, membership growth and overall membership experience, revenue growth and, remain at all times in compliance with the FS8 and VAURA HQ operating standards.
- Providing ongoing, proactive business coaching and operations advice to FS8 and VAURA studios within your region, including, but not limited to; follow-up on leads, sales processes, management/leadership training, and financial acumen, to contribute to the positive revenue growth of our F45 franchise network.
- Using FS8 and VAURA systems including data visualization dashboards to assist franchisees in assessing their ongoing performance.
- Ensuring that Franchisees develop and execute on market awareness and outreach strategies to drive membership and improve profitability.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to all FS8 and VAURA Franchises within your regional portfolio.
- Working in collaboration with the Education team and other external partners to create and develop course materials, awareness campaigns, reference/ training documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- You will be responsible for holding each studio within your regional portfolio of studios accountable to the FS8 and VAURA SOPs.
- You will be expected to meet with your portfolio franchisees, as well as internal teams at HQ on a regular basis. These meetings may take place in-person or be conducted remotely via digital platforms.
Requirements
Our ideal Senior Network Performance Manager will have...
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required.
- Minimum 5 years prior related franchise network performance experience required.
- Experience in presenting to franchisees in various delivery format (e.g., one-on-one, large scale presentation, both in-person and remotely).
- Excel at building relationships with franchisees and managers.
- Strong ability to take big picture decisions and strategize accordingly.
- Exceptionally organized and adept at meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
