About the job:

Role: Senior Executive Assistant - Operations Associate
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Can work MST or CST business hours (9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: $1,200 - $2,000 (negotiable depending on skills/exp)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management and Upkeep:
    Email sorting and organizing plus tasks
    Implement an email delegation system
  • Schedule Management:
    Meeting scheduling but also protecting my calendar
  • Social Media Upkeep:
    Personal brand Social media content posting comments etc
    Handle personal newsletter
  • Travel/Event Management:
    Travel and scheduling/event planning
    Organization/prioritization of my life/business through PM tools like Monday.com
  • Research:
    Evaluating AI tools/vendors review
  • Process Improvement:
    Ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows over time
    Gatekeeper
  • Project Management:
    Other project management as needed

Tools Used: MS Office, Social Media Platforms, Project Management Tools (Asana / Monday etc.), ActiveCampaign CRM, Zoom

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience within an investment management or real estate firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience in podcast production management, including scheduling guests, writing scripts or questions, and providing pre and post-recording support to guests.
  • Strong initiative and proactivity in professional settings.
  • An understanding of social media operations and strategy.
