Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Serve as a servant leader to the team, guiding and supporting members in their roles.
• Help remove impediments that hinder the team from achieving their sprint goals.
• Promote Agile best practices and encourage collaboration among team members.
• Ensure clear communication of project progress and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Assist the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adaptations post-sprint.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile software development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
