Full Job Description
SmartLab Learning is a comprehensive, K-12, project-based learning environment and curricula that prepares students for the careers of tomorrow. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the creation of proposals in the SmartLab sales process. This administrative role works closely with SmartLab Designers and Regional Sales Managers to develop plans and pricing for current and prospective customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the SmartLab proposal creation process by accurately pricing proposals. This includes provisioning for both new and existing SmartLabs.
- Manage vendor and supplier registrations for CLS, ensuring a streamlined operation and maintaining strong relationships with all partners.
- Actively support the development and response to customer RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
- Process catalog purchase orders, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Provide administrative support for the renewal of Customer Support Agreements (CSAs).

Requirements
Education and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in a sales support role.
- Demonstrates confidence and credibility to internal and external stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience using SalesForce or other CRM.
- Experience and demonstrated success in extremely detail-oriented tasks.
