Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound leads, engage with potential customers, and qualify them for our sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for prospecting potential leads, crafting outbound email campaigns, and generating calls for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in our sales process, helping to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of their sign-up to qualify them for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
  • Prospect potential leads and brands using tools like SellerCrowd, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and
  • Craft and execute outbound email campaigns to engage with prospective leads and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule calls for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner and nurture relationships to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
