Lynea Carver Coaching is a coaching company that helps Real Estate Agents build the career of their dreams by teaching them the strategies & systems to consistently generate new business, while giving them the time freedom they truly desire.

The CEO, Lynea, built her own successful Real Estate Agency (Lynea Carver Home Team) and now that runs mostly on autopilot, she wants to spend her time helping other Agents have the same kind of success.

In this role as a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for starting new conversations with inbound organic leads & leads from ads, as well as generating leads from outbound efforts, with the goal of booking qualified sales calls for the CEO.

This is a part-time contractor role to start, and will grow into full-time W2 over the next 3-9 months - so if you apply, you must be comfortable becoming full-time W2 over time.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Generation & Nurturing
    • Starting new conversations with leads that just followed us on Instagram
    • Starting new conversations with lead that just friend requested us on Facebook
    • Starting new conversations with leads from our Facebook group, especially those that comment & interact with content in our Facebook group
    • Following our conversations SOP to engage the leads in a conversation, uncover their problems as an agent & book a sales call with them
    • Starting conversations with leads from ads (which will mainly come in the form of new Instagram followers) & directing them to resources to build value & then book a call
    • Following up with leads daily to keep the conversation engaged & get them to book a call
  • Outbound Lead Generation
    • Prospecting to find new leads on Instagram & Facebook, and engaging them in new conversations with the goal of providing value & booking a sales call
  • Lead Management
    • Keeping your leads up to date in the CRM, including what stage in the pipeline they are in, date last contacted, # of follow ups, notes on the lead
    • Suggesting optimized ways to manage leads based on what is taking you the most time to keep them up to date
  • Training
    • Attend weekly training sessions to improve your conversation skillset and book more calls
  • Sales Optimization
    • Utilize your expertise in outbound & inbound lead generation + nurturing to identify and qualify potential opportunities on multiple platforms

Results

  • Book 2-3 Qualified Calls per week (we’ll share qualified criteria with you)
  • Starting a minimum of 50 new conversations per day from inbound & outbound leads

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Reading & Writing)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • High energy & an enthusiasm for people
  • Interest & knowledge in Real Estate so you can have knowledgeable conversations with Agents
