Unicorn Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative in the Real Estate Industry, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process by engaging with potential sellers, managing inquiries, and closing deals efficiently. Your primary focus will be answering inbound lead calls, nurturing leads, scheduling appointments, and presenting offers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inbound Lead Calls: Answer warm inbound calls from potential sellers interested in selling their properties.
  • Lead & Customer Management: Organize and manage leads and customer information using a CRM system (e.g., Podio CRM).
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers, guiding them through the selling process.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments for property assessments or consultations with potential sellers.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate and confirm appointments for property assessments or consultations.
  • Presenting Offers: Communicate and present offers to potential sellers, emphasizing the benefits of selling directly to Sell Pittsburgh Now.
  • Client Experience: Manage all client-facing communication to ensure a smooth, positive, and seamless sales process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience and track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Friendly, personable demeanor with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Hard-working, driven, and organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and self-starter mentality.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Podio and experience using a smartphone/dialer system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Full-Time (40 hours/week, 160 hours/month) or Part-Time (20 hours/week, 80 hours a month) in EST business hours.
