About This Opportunity
Hapn is seeking driven, high-energy individuals with a competitive spirit to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, your role is to engage with existing and prospective Hapn customers to ensure they have the right solutions for their needs.

Unlike traditional sales roles, you won't be making cold outbound calls. Instead, you'll focus on following up with potential customers who have already shown interest or are existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process for non-enterprise level deals, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. For enterprise-level opportunities, you'll hand off and schedule calls with the appropriate Account Executives.

How You’ll Help Us Succeed
A self-starter with grit, curiosity, and the ability to learn and adjust on the fly will excel in this role. Your ability to quickly assess opportunities and track them in our CRM will be critical to your success. Daily tasks include:

  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers to ensure they have the right solution for their needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process for non-enterprise level deals, from initial contact to closing.
  • Hand off and schedule calls for enterprise-level deals with Account Executives.
  • Identify opportunities and pain points within a prospect's business and create interest in our solutions based on improving business issues.
  • Take impeccable notes and utilize automation within our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Engage with prospects through email, social media, and other communication channels to drive sales.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate exceptional questioning and qualification skills, with proven evidence of reaching sales objectives.
  • Experience qualifying and suggesting new products and services to prospects is a plus.
  • Ability to uncover needs through a consultative approach.
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexibly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and eager to win.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.

  • Base salary range is $40k-$45k based on geography & experience, with an OTE of $55k.
  • You’ll receive 1.5% of the annual revenue for enterprise-level deals you source that lead to closed-won sales.
  • A $50 bonus for every 25 trackers sold for non-enterprise level deals
