ROLE - Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter for Digital Marketing Agency

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) manages the pipeline, moving the pipeline with all the people who are interested, making cold calls to get in touch with new prospects, inbound calls with people who are already in the pipeline, and since someone responds in a positive way to get in touch with them as soon as possible, manages the inbox with people who respond in an instant positive way. All this to book appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making cold calls to get in touch with new people to set up meetings with them ( we handle the sales process, we will make the meetings )
  • Using Close CRM to manage pipeline, take notes, make calls and move pipeline.
  • Deal with leads that show interest in our offer and move their status into the pipeline
  • Manage your inbox via Instantly
  • Do whatever it takes to book appointments
  • Find C-suite executive phone numbers if they're not there.
  • Multiple contact points ( Email / Call / Linkedin etc.) to get in touch with people
  • Booking at least 1 meeting per day

LOCATION:

  • Remote

SALARY:

  • $24,000 - $30,000 per year
  • Commissions
  • Bonuses

Requirements

  • Experience with Close CRM for pipeline management and note taking

  • Must be great at communication
  • Linkedin b2b outreach and getting in touch with people
  • Doing whatever it takes to book appointments.
  • Open to learning new things
