Full Job Description
We’re looking for an organized, efficient, and proactive self-starter to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates in New York, New Jersey, and California for occasional on-site meetings in one of our 10 US showroom locations.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales and Customer Success Director. This newly created role will ensure excellent customer service to clients looking to bring Reform’s aesthetic into their homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound phone calls and log detailed call notes. Inbound calls will be from prospective clients looking to learn about Reform or existing clients looking for installation guidance. The Sales Coordinator will provide information and solutions when possible or gather the required information for the sales or customer success team to assist.
- Partner with our installation network to understand weekly cabinetry installations and be available to help guide the installer or provide quick assistance.
- Partner with our countertop network to request countertop quotes for the sales team and liaise with the client to coordinate the templating, final payments, and installation scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a sales coordinator, technical customer service representative, or design/construction industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Mac and Google Suite. Hubspot CRM experience is preferred.
