What We Need: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive with a proven track record in full-cycle sales. As a sales hunter, you excel at identifying and securing new business opportunities, consistently exceeding sales targets. You bring expertise in leveraging data to sell SaaS solutions and have significant experience or familiarity with the food and beverage industry, especially food technology or market research.

  • A Proven Performer: You consistently achieve over 100% of quota and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • A Full-Cycle Sales Expert: You have managed the entire sales process end-to-end, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals.
  • Industry-Savvy: You have a successful track record in food technology, SaaS, or market research tied to the food and beverage industry, showcasing your ability to deliver value through data-driven solutions.
  • Strategic and Creative: You can identify industry trends and customer challenges, applying insights to deliver impactful business results.
  • Entrepreneurial: You are driven to grow the business, managing multiple decision-makers with a consultative approach to sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive New Business: Leverage Datassential’s robust insights to identify key decision-makers, secure meetings, and demonstrate a compelling business case through a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • Build Relationships: Meet and exceed sales growth goals by forging strong relationships with target accounts and growing overall client revenue.
  • Strategize and Execute: Plan your territory by identifying, prioritizing, and tracking progress toward key account metrics and annual quota.
  • Present with Impact: Deliver compelling presentations to audiences at all organizational levels, tailoring your message to align with the needs of executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Apply Industry Expertise: Use your knowledge of food and beverage trends to craft strategic solutions that resonate with prospects and drive results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in SaaS, focused on food or beverage technology.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process end-to-end.
  • Expert at prospecting and securing new business, with a focus on finding new logos.
  • Experienced user of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually.

Salary range for this role will be On Target Earnings (OTE) of $160k to $175k. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
