What we need
- You are a sales hunter with a consistent and proven achievement of hitting over 100% to quota.
- You have managed your own sales cycle end to end: utilized tools & techniques for prospecting efforts, actively build your own pipeline, set your own meetings from cold outreach, run discovery meetings,
- You have a proven track record selling in the food and beverage software/tech or insights area is required
- You are a strategic and creative thinker that has enabled you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results.
- You are entrepreneurial and driven to grow the business, can easily manage multiple decision makers in the sales process and offer guidance through a consultative approach.
What you will do
- Utilize our robust insights to prospect and secure meetings with prospects
- Demonstrate a strong business case for Datassential through a consultative and value driven sales process.
- Meet and exceed your sales growth goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue.
- Plan your territory by identifying, prioritizing, and tracking progress towards key account metrics and annual quota.
- Present to a wide audience of potential buyers including C-level and executive sponsors both in person and virtually.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role in food and beverage, food technology, CPG, food service industries
- Experienced user of technology in sales process
- Experience owning the sales process end-to-end

Salary range for this role will be On Target Earnings (OTE) of $160k to $175k. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
