Full Job Description

Symmetrio is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for its customer, an innovative global medical device and technology company. The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Eastern US Area Director and is responsible for capital and software sales in the Northeast US. Our customer’s platform is comprised of Robotics, Pre-Operative Planning, Navigation, Digital Video Microscopy, and MRI.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Northeast. Competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, PTO and 401k. Total compensation is 190-240k.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish, manage, and grow the Southeast region
  • Promote and sell the company's cutting-edge medical device and technology products to healthcare providers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel
  • Provide valuable product and market insights to the Product Management team, contributing to the development of effective market positioning strategies
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical applications and services
  • Identify and nurture relationships with luminary customers to drive product adoption and brand advocacy
  • Manage expenses and financial objectives within the assigned operating budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales opportunities within the Salesforce CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in medical device sales, with a focus on large capital imaging and/or navigation technologies to Neurosurgeons
  • Demonstrated success in a start-up organization or new division/group within a larger organization, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, particularly in the Neuroimaging and Robotics space
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
