Full Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client requirement matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with client, Operations stakeholders and executive leadership
- Prepare the project plan for successful execution of client projects
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly/end of project initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new processes and/or identify areas of improvement to meet client expectations
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Weekly SLA progress, Project Health Maintenance,)
- Prepare reports on project progress
- Initiate EWS for project expected to fall behind on SLAs
- Collaborate with front office and operations to ensure delivery goals are met
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Conducting Client training/re-training on Advantmed Process/Platforms
- Liaise with Product Solutions Team for any client requirement for platform development or issues
- Represent Operations Team on Client Calls
- Preparing Project Plan and execution strategy for client projects
- Collaboration with Front Office Team and Operations Team to deliver the results to client
- Project Health review and maintenance
- Prepare SLA goals for each project assigned
- Raise early warnings for Project SLA not met
- Prepare Plan of Action to get project back on track
- Prepare weekly project tracker for leadership
- Identify the AOIs and work with Operations to resolve/solution the issue
- Understand client's business requirement and provide appropriate solution
- Schedule weekly cadence with internal stakeholders for reviewing the project health and progress
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel, Power Point Presentation)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
