Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and support the development of an Annual Employee Survey Program for our client. In this role, you will work closely with the HR leaders in each market, training them on how to interpret results, and share useful insights and overall messaging. This position requires strong project management experience and ececutive communications skills. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without needing sponsorship.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of employee survey projects, ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and timeline
  • Create and manage project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress of survey projects
  • Track and analyze survey data, provide insights, and prepare reports for clients
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality survey designs and implementation
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement process as needed

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in survey projects or HR-related initiatives
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
    • Experience with survey tools and platforms
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
    • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high data quality and accuracy

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a short-term consulting engagement, with an hourly rate of $65-$80. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
