programmatic manager

looking for someone with extensive client-facing experience, a strong understanding of programmatic advertising campaigns, and proficiency in crafting narratives through data-driven insights [ideally within the CPG industry].

Requirements

strategy:

• define comprehensive and audience targeting strategies for CPG accounts
• determine appropriate channels for campaigns (display, online video, CTV, etc.) based on historical performance and in flight data
• proactively identify any underperforming elements
• demonstrate agility when pivoting strategies/implementing changes to ensure campaign success

client-facing:

• act as the main point of contact for two CPG accounts
• confidently, effectively, and calmly explain positive and negative campaign results (ex. underperformance)
• offer data-driven explanations, steps for improvement, and actionable recommendations

team collaboration

• work alongside activation team to compile and interpret performance reports
• demonstrate an understanding of DSP functions

storytelling:

• translate campaign data (from activation team) into reports and compelling stories and actionable insights
• ensure reports & presentations are clear, professional, and tailored to client needs
