Due to exciting growth within our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager!
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Transformation Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the successful execution of complex and critical initiatives within our organization's transformation journey.
Sinch is a company built up of organic growth as well as multiple acquisitions, capabilities and teams across the globe. The organization has an ambitious transformation agenda, to be implemented over the coming years. A main objective which you will be driving encompasses tracking, refining and reporting on the progress of improved data flows across Sinch, from platform data to financial data. This work involves multiple stakeholders across Sinch such as Technology, Product, Data, Finance and BI. Your role will be pivotal in setting structures in ways of working and reporting and driving both alignment on priorities and change management in sub streams. In this task, you will be working cross functional and cross cultural, ensuring transformation efforts and priorities across teams are united.
- Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring transformational initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strategy Execution: Translate business strategies into actionable plans, collaborating with leadership to define program scope and success criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with executive sponsors, department heads, and team members, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate personnel, budget, and technology to ensure successful program implementation, adjusting as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain program momentum.
- Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms, assess progress against objectives, and provide data-driven insights.
- Change Management: Collaborate on smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors while respecting and integrating the organization's culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure program results meet standards and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Communication & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation and facilitate transparent communication across the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably working in an international corporation within a transformational context.
- Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizational structures and diverse cultural environments.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- A strategic problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into practical plans and drive their execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with a results-driven focus.
- Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and a willingness to travel internationally, as required.
- Strong leadership characteristics, able to unite disparate stakeholders to work as an integrated, high performing team.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $116,000 - $170,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired in Colorado.
