Nox Medical is a leading provider of sleep diagnostic solutions, dedicated to improving the quality of sleep for individuals worldwide. We are seeking a highly driven and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our innovative sleep diagnostic products.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to drive awareness, generate demand, and increase market share for our products. You will develop compelling marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research by analyzing market and scientific data on hand, collecting new data with surveys, and engaging in interviews with customers and non-customers of Nox Medical to inform and influence strategic decision-making
  • Perform audience segmentation to identify distinct customer segments with varying needs and preferences related to sleep diagnostics and sleep care solutions. Utilize data and predictive analytics to identify emerging customer segments. Work on targeted marketing strategies for different segments.
  • Serve as the authority on market dynamics, leveraging  industry insights and expertise to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies in the field of sleep diagnostics and sleep care.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sleep diagnostics to guide marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with other departments like sales, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive market understanding and strategy development.
  • Lead competitive analysis to evaluate competitors within the sleep diagnostic sector.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations with key findings from market research and recommendations for future marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze data from CRM, marketing databases, service records, and other databases to derive actionable insights for targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working in the field of sleep diagnostics or sleep care
  • Background in health sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field is advantageous
  • RPSGT, CPSGT, RST, or other credentials for sleep technologists are a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Familiarity and experience with product marketing, conducting market research and analysis.  
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to support team leadership, project update and interaction with all levels within the organization
