Your Role

We are looking for an Partnership Manager, reporting to our Partnerships Lead, to play a pivotal role in prospecting, outreaching, and onboarding new gaming creators to get their first purchase on-site. We’re looking for a detective, a headhunter, someone who’s willing to get their hands dirty and “get in” to gaming talent across the internet.

The Partnership Manager will develop an understanding of goals of creators, and demonstrate how they can leverage key platform features to ensure creators achieve their desired success.

This is a critical role at Metafy, as our talent acquisition strategy is always evolving and will require not only strong customer success acumen, but some operational aptitude as we continue to refine our best practices with our changing business.

We’re looking for a leader who can build a strong pipeline, easily cultivate relationships through thoughtful outreach, and close leads to activation fast.

What you'll do

  • You have proven track record of acquiring new accounts at scale
  • You’re a Pipeline Master, you know where to find gaming creators, how to get their contact info, and get in touch
  • You have a Hustle mentality; You’ll do whatever it takes to achieve your goals
  • You’ve worked with gaming talent before and understand how to “break in” and showcase how Metafy will make growing their business easier
  • You’re a gaming creator yourself with an active social presence or strong ties in the scene
  • Basic knowledge of consumer technologies and their concepts. Knowledge of online courses/coaching, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies a plus.

  • Exceptional headhunting, prospecting, and list building based on various target personas
  • Manage the sourcing and onboarding of new Gaming Creators to Metafy by consulting on their goals, past experience, training them on key Metafy features, growth tactics, and providing guidance in their launch strategies
  • Successfully and consistently meet targets measured by the number of Creators launched, and monetizing on platform
  • Experiment with new tactics and strategies to improve the team’s process and outcomes
  • Working with internal Metafy teams to advocate for new creators’ needs and requests

Requirements

What's required of you

  • Metrics-driven, you know how to build and stay focused on your targets
  • Sales and Partnership experience is a MUST with know-how on creative networking, relationships development, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, a diligent and hard worker
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry trends
  • Deep roots in the gaming space, primarily on the content creator side.

The ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in outbound sales
  • 2-3 years of account management experience at scale with a book of business over 200
  • Familiar with Go-to-Market strategies and knowledge on how other platforms in the space have done it successfully
