About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will play a key role in establishing, developing, and managing strong relationships with our strategic partners to drive revenue growth through collaboration with our resellers, referral partners, and channel partners. Your primary focus will be on cultivating new & existing relationships that enable Volt to expand its market presence and enhance its service offerings. The ideal candidate is a collaborative strategic thinker who will be a skilled communicator, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of driving successful revenue-generating partnerships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

●       Develop and execute a partnership strategy to create and manage a robust partner program across various sectors to drive revenue growth.

●       Responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new and existing partner relationships to ensure mutual growth and success.

●       Lead negotiations with potential partners to finalize new agreements and manage contracts and agreements with existing partners.

●       Manage and drive referrals from current partners, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities.

●       Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related activities and communications, demonstrating and selling Volt solutions to potential partners and showcasing the value and benefits of collaboration.

●       Develop and provide partners with collateral and tools to enable their success and promote Volt’s offerings.

●       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives.

●       Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to optimize partner strategies.

●       Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

●       Proven experience in partnership management and/or business development within the SaaS industry, acquiring & managing revenue-generating partnerships.

●       Understanding the CPaaS & Telecommunications category, previous experience at a developer-first SaaS company, and experience solving technical developer problems.

●       Ability to create content and collateral tailored to partner needs and objectives.

●       Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-structuring skills, with the ability to craft mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

●       Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

●       Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success.

●       Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools.

    

Benefits

The compensation for this role is a base salary range of $75-$90k + Commission. Volt provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance to employees at no extra cost. An additional portion of compensation is equity in the form of stock options.
