The Operations Manager at The Willows Communications is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily operations, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects and services meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Leads and motivates a diverse team, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching, and fostering professional development.
  • Analyzes operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with the overall business strategy and goals.
  • Ensures compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitors and manages budgets for operational functions, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
  • Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among departments to enhance operational workflows and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leads initiatives for process improvement, innovation, and the adoption of best practices within operations.
  • Prepares and presents operational performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, with a track record of successful leadership.
    • Strong understanding of operational processes, performance metrics, and quality assurance practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive accountability.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.
    • Proactive and strategic mindset, focusing on long-term goals and continuous improvement.
    • Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
