In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our external sales efforts, championing our cutting-edge safety management software (SMS) to mid-market and enterprise clients across your assigned territory. As our new NSE, you'll have the opportunity to craft winning strategies, nurture high-level relationships, and consistently meet ambitious revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and manage full sales cycles from initial contact to closing.
- Work effectively under a quota system, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and product differentiation.
- Assist clients in identifying unmet needs in their business processes.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.com.
- Handle internal administrative tasks for new and existing customers.
- Stay updated on changing EH&S regulations, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or Software, preferably in EH&S/QMS/SMS.
- Experience selling software solutions to mid-market accounts.
- Familiarity with Solution Selling methodologies or equivalent sales processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Suite, SalesLoft, or similar CRM.
- Experience in the EHS industry/field.
- Excellent presentation/demo skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation: This role offers a first year on target earnings of $150K-$185K (salary plus commission)). Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
