As a Managed Services Dynamics CRM Functional Solution Architect, you will...

  • Collaborate with the Account Management and Customer Care Teams to engage with key stakeholders at current live D365 CE clients to understand current state business processes, identify opportunities for improvements, define preliminary business requirements, and configure and lead demonstrations that illustrate how D365 and HSO ProServ’s CE product features can meet the client’s needs
  • Support the Account Management and Customer Care Teams in identifying and qualifying opportunities for improvement within our live client base
  • Configure and demonstrate solutions to existing client base
  • Actively participate in scoping, resourcing, and delivering these solutions.
  • Help to lead requirements discovery workshops with clients
  • Design and lead customer optimization and system health check engagements
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HSO ProServ’s products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on new feature enhancements and capabilities provided by HSO ProServ products and be able to demonstrate/present resolutions to client issues revolving around these features
  • Serve as a customer advocate escalating issues and driving feature requests
  • Provide feedback to HSO ProServ product teams

  • Working side-by-side with the sales team, engaging with key stakeholders at prospective clients to understand current business processes
  • Define high-level business requirements, and configure and lead solution demonstrations that illustrate how Dynamics 365 can meet the client’s needs, while also helping to communicate Microsoft’s unique value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Actively participate in the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM sales and client evaluation activities, helping to develop and execute pre-sales strategies, drive proposal efforts, and provide pre-sales support
  • Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities and making go/no-go investment decisions
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of the proposed solution to business managers and executives
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s demonstration environments, demo data, and other presentation tools
  • Participate in project scoping and implementation strategy workshops during the proposal phase
  • Stay up to date on new feature enhancements and capabilities provided by Microsoft in subsequent feature releases
  • Assist in defining investment opportunities for HSO Dynamics 365 IP

Requirements

  • 7 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales or implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing business processes, with knowledge or experience in the Professional Services industry a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Marketing
  • Knowledge of complementary Microsoft tools across Azure and the PowerBI
  • Detailed preparation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort in speaking in front of C-level client stakeholders
