MEDTEKRON is a leading provider of advanced laboratory analytical instrumentation, partnering with laboratories and research facilities to deliver precision and innovation. As we expand, we are seeking independent sales representatives with established relationships in the laboratory and research sectors to enhance our product offerings and bring greater value to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Become an expert on MEDTEKRON's instrumentation through comprehensive training and self-study to address client inquiries and concerns.

- Identify strategic growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key laboratory professionals, procurement managers, and research facilities.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and cold calling.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our laboratory instruments.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document customer information, sales activities, and interactions.

Requirements

**Requirements:**

- Proven sales experience in the laboratory, analytical instrumentation, or scientific equipment industry preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with laboratory professionals and decision-makers.

- In-depth knowledge of laboratory instruments and their applications, with the ability to articulate their value.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.

- Excellent planning, prioritization, and judgment skills in non-routine situations.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
