Acentra is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives. This position partners with HRBP’s, HR Operations, Talent Acquisitions, and Learning and Development to promote and consistently execute human resources strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expert on all HR matters and work closely with leaders, senior management, and employees within the organization
  • Assist in supporting management by providing human resources-related advice, counsel, while ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Drive decisions by gathering and analyzing information to help resolve work-related conflicts impacting performance (e.g., conduct stay and/or exit interviews, examine engagement survey data)
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to employees
  • Review, update, and create company policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Use HR Analytics to analyze workforce trends, workforce planning, employee recognition, salary budgets, and compensation structures
  • Investigate and resolve simple to high-risk concerns and employee grievances, including claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other violations of company policy
  • Coach and train People Leaders on how to appropriately handle employee relations issues to ensure fair and consistent practices
  • Counsel People Leaders on best course of action for performance, conduct, or behavioral concerns

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in Investigations, Coaching, Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Labor Relations
  • Must be experienced with exempt and non-exempt classifications
  • Must be comfortable with partnering with senior leadership to councel on best course of action
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, reports, and data

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current HR certification preferred (SHRM/HRCI/CEBS)
  • Knowledge of AI technologies
  • Clinical background
  • Supporting call centers
  • East or Central time zone candidates highly preferred

Compensation 

The pay range for this position is $70,740 - $105,000 per year

“Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”
