Founding Sales Lead

We are looking for a scrappy, motivated Founding Sales Lead to join our team as our first full-time (human) seller.

What we do:

We build highly capable AI sales reps that outpace humans at 1/10th the cost.

Our mission:

Build AGI for B2B sales.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with founders to win new business and shape the future of Playmaker.
• Run full-cycle sales, onboard customers, and drive renewals.
• Help build and optimize our sales processes.
• Bring new outreach tactics to the table for our AI sales reps to replicate.
• Leverage an army of AI sales reps (with Playmaker) to build pipeline.

Requirements

Qualities we’re looking for:

• You’re hyper-motivated with a founder mentality.
• You execute fast and deliver.
• You’re on top of things. You never miss a followup.
• You live and breathe sales.
• You have excellent copywriting and sales messaging skills.
• You are a wizard at outreach and outbound strategy.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Experience running high velocity sales for B2B SaaS or similar products.
• End-to-end experience across the entire sales cycle.
• Previous (measurable) success running cold outreach campaigns.
