The Role

We are seeking an experienced, accomplished and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our CMO’s day-to-day operations. This individual will provide comprehensive support to the CMO while contributing to the smooth running of our organization through the execution of oriented discretion, task prioritization, and professional flexibility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and remote environment, is an effective communicator, and is eager to bring new ideas and solutions to our growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the proxy for the CMO, maintain and optimize calendar, be able to speak on their behalf and represent the CMO on multiple issues and subjects
  • Support for our Global Head of Communications on coordinating internal and external events
  • Manage a professional, seamless environment for the organization and keep the CMO informed and aware of organizational issues, potential concerns, conflicts, etc
  • Facilitating marketing team processes, communications and team functions such as preparations of materials, team offsites, large meetings, etc.
  • Be a key player in helping to build a productive and positive marketing team culture 
  • Efficiently prioritize heavy calendar management and be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate complex meetings and busy schedules
  • Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other communications for CMO and team
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, events, and meetings providing all necessary documents, and adapt quickly to changes in travel, schedules, or requirements
  • Track and report on department initiatives and budgets, create and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, both physical and digital
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CMO/team

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience required in a fast-paced, tech startup or SaaS environment
  • Prior experience working for a C-Suite executive
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency using Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office (advanced Word/Excel) 
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Produce work with the highest level of attention to detail and follow up
  • Self-starter, taking initiative on new tasks with little guidance or oversight
  • Work collaboratively with all other remote employees to maintain a positive working corporate environment
  • The utmost level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

The base pay range for this position is $58,000 - $75,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
