Sinch is looking for an Executive Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our President, including management of schedules, expenses, travel, executive operational cadences, and program management.
Considered a right hand to the President with engagement across the Executive Leadership Team, the ideal candidate will have proven success in an Executive Assistant role, with a special focus on executive-level communication and collaboration within a global environment.
This role will report to the President but work closely with the COO and global Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for the Business Unit and the Sinch Group Management Team.
What do you do in the role?
· Optimize the Presidents and COO’s workflow in respect to calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management.
· Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements such as booking flights and stays, preparing travel itineraries, transportation, reservations, making changes as needed and submitting expense reports.
· Comprehensive and pro-active calendar management, including but not limited to managing all meetings, events, Executive Team meetings, offsites and 1:1s.
· Provide hands-on support to President meetings including agenda’s, minute taking, report generation, follow up documentation and coordination.
· Prioritize and problem solve incoming issues and concerns on behalf of the President using sound judgment and decision making. · Manage and coordinate with the President and COO the business unit yearly and quarterly planning process (OKR’s/Rock’s) keeping the ELT accountable to actions.
· Work closely with the President and COO to ensure ELT cadences for weekly and quarterly meetings and papers are maintained, helping keep track of decisions, action items, owners, and timelines for follow-up.
· Management of ELT events and offsites as required. Working with key stakeholders across our global sites for delivery including cost management and delivery of key outcomes.
· Create and maintain the annual operational calendar and evolve operational cadences for the Executive Leadership Team including optimizing the operating rhythm and meeting effectiveness.
· Manage and support projects, track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner to support President and ELT where required.
· Maintain strict confidentiality relating to business and personal dealings.
How success will be measured
· Effective management and feedback from President and ELT.
· Effective operational cadences in place for the ELT.
· Continued support and positive feedback with the annual calendar and cadence including ELT offsites, team building and all hands.
· Confidentiality is always maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an executive assistant to a CEO, President, or C-Suite Executive.
- Located in either Eastern or Central timezone in the United States
- Experience with program management and execution of complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, particularly to work closely with the C suite.
- Demonstrated team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment.
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
- Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges from $99,507 - $124,384. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
