We’ve trained thousands of executives, knowledge workers, and now we’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to help bring flow to the world.

The Role

As the lead of the Enterprise Sales Department your job will be to land six and seven-figure training engagements by nurturing and converting the clients already in our ecosystem, along with designing a go-to-market strategy so that we can scale our B2B sales department.

You will play a critical role in founding and building our B2B sales department.

Who we're looking for

  • You’ve sold to relevant organizations — you understand the different approaches required to succeed in SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise sales and where your unique strength lies
  • You’ve sold relevant solutions — You have sold consulting, learning and development, HR or other people-based solutions and understand how to articulate the ROI
  • You have 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of outperforming quotas on a consistent basis
  • Terms like team selling, multi-stakeholder selling, power line selling, ABM/ABS, account mapping/planning are part of your lexicon and you’re able to articulate the benefits and drawbacks of these different approaches
  • It’s likely you have significant experience managing, leading, and building sales teams. If that’s the case, all the better as that will position you to build and grow the enterprise sales division at Flow Research Collective
  • You have a developed network of decision-makers and other contacts, clients, and partners in the U.S

How we work:

  • Our teams work async and have schedule autonomy which is a fancy way of saying that you’ll work at your peak times and on one big project at a time so you can enter flow state on command.
  • We’re not big fans of meetings & daily interruptions and keep the meetings to an absolute minimum of 2 hours per week. We live and breathe what we teach our clients.
