Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships, with a focus on driving sales of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will leverage your experience in prospecting, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles to sell into senior leadership teams, including C-suite executives within the e-commerce space. Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, partnership, and channel sales experience will set you up for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on enterprise-level clients in key verticals, including e-commerce.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage key decision-makers at the C-suite level through effective prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and product demos to demonstrate the value and ROI of our platform, aligning our solutions with customer needs and challenges.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and accuracy.
- HubSpot CRM Expertise: Leverage your strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure clean data.
- Partnerships & Channel Sales: Work closely with internal teams and partners to identify and build new channel sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimal customer experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the overall SaaS and e-commerce landscapes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM for managing sales processes and forecasting.
- Experience selling into the C-suite, particularly in e-commerce, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to drive complex, high-value sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with partnership or channel sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
