Ecosystem Lead

Fluent is seeking an experienced and innovative Ecosystem Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Ecosystem Lead, you will play a key role in developing and managing partnerships that drive growth and success for our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating and closing partnership agreements, and continually nurturing these relationships to maximize value and achieve business goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will possess a deep understanding of our industry and target market, allowing you to identify partnership opportunities and develop plans to leverage them effectively. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Fluent's business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential partners based on their strategic fit and ability to contribute to Fluent's growth
• Negotiate partnership agreements that provide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives
• Track and measure the performance of partnerships, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify new partnership opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or business development
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing successful partnership deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
