Job Summary:
As the Director of Market Strategy and Solutions at Acentra Health, you will be a key driver of innovation and strategic growth, playing an instrumental role in shaping our solutions to meet evolving market and client needs in care management and clinical assessments. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate across the organization to create impactful solutions that drive success. Key responsibilities include leading deal solutioning for pipeline opportunities, developing cutting-edge solutions, and partnering with the Market Strategy and Solutions team to further elevate Acentra Health’s offerings. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a solutions leader, creating innovative and winning strategies in care management and clinical point-of-care within the healthcare marketspace.
- Take responsibility for understanding RFPs, policy documents, and other relevant materials, identifying key requirements, developing process flows, forecasting volumes, collaborating with partner organizations, and planning operations to design comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Create clear, actionable business requirements for use by both business and technology teams to guide design and estimation efforts.
- Leverage broad experience in the healthcare sector, including working with Medicaid, Medicare, public health, government programs, health plans, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations for both internal and external audiences, ranging from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Work as a collaborative team player within a matrix environment, partnering with the proposal team, business development, subject matter experts, finance, human resources, government affairs, operations, and technology teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically while managing the finer details of project work, including developing high-quality work products and reviewing those of others. Always maintain curiosity and a drive to continuously learn and ask questions.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills, making well-informed assumptions when faced with uncertain criteria to develop practical solutions.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and requirements, while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Exhibit a willingness to jump in and assist the team in completing proposals and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of proven experience in developing innovative and impactful healthcare solutions that meet market and client needs.
- In-depth understanding of care management functions, including call centers, utilization management, case management, clinical assessments, reporting, fulfillment, and related processes to drive effective healthcare delivery.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing clinical operations programs at the point of care, specifically for state and federal clients.
- Advanced skills in project management, business analysis, data analysis, process development, research, technical writing, and creating accurate forecasts to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Extensive experience in consulting, solution architecture, and leading implementations, with a focus on proposal development and market research.
- Hands-on experience managing state and federal RFPs and proposals within healthcare organizations, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
- Solid knowledge of state and federal healthcare policies, enabling strategic development and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Compensation
The compensation for this role is $120.000 to $165.000 base salary.
Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
