Full Job Description
MEMX is searching for a Director of FP&A for its U.S. stock exchange. You will join the Finance Team, a highly engaged and collaborative group that will provide a hands-on, structured environment for you to learn and broaden your accounting skills and knowledge. The team is lean and involved throughout the firm, so you can expect exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting functions.
MEMX currently has a U.S. presence in these states: Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, & South Carolina.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for leading the annual budgeting and planning cycle, as well as providing ongoing reporting and support to stakeholders,
- Support and maintain cost allocation models used for regulatory price filings for recurring revenue streams
- Maintain and suggest improvements to financial models including but not limited to: scenario planning, detailed revenue projections, capital expenditures, and headcount planning,
- Provide insight on financial results and reforecast the five-year plan as necessary,
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with budget stakeholders,
- Streamline periodic management and Board of Directors reporting decks,
- Provide support to the Finance team with special projects such as utilization of the FP&A tool to create pricing tools and models for the business users based on cost drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required,
- At least 5 years of related experience required,
- Organized and attentive to detail,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Adaptable to and enjoys new technology,
- Must have a high degree of personal responsibility and proactivity in line with our remote first work environment,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Financial services or technology background preferred,
- Experience with Vena, Sage Intacct, or comparable systems a plus but not required.

Pay Range: $150,000 – 200,000 USD
