Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships? If so, Echo Lake Country Club is looking for an engaging Customer Success Manager to join our team.

At Echo Lake Country Club, we take pride in providing our members with an unforgettable experience. As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our members are fully satisfied with their membership and to help them make the most of our offerings.

You will serve as the main point of contact for our members, building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will proactively reach out to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and offer guidance on how to best utilize our club amenities and services.

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual who is committed to delivering top-notch customer service. You should be a great listener and communicator, capable of understanding and addressing our members' inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with club members
  • Proactively reach out to members to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide personalized support and guidance on club amenities and services
  • Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries and concerns
  • Handle and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to address member needs and requests
  • Track and analyze member satisfaction and engagement metrics
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and implement improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a customer success or customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
