Full Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order tracking.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or higher-level support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer service processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
