Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and enhance their experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
