Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Process orders and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends.
