Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, and orders.
- Educate customers about our offerings and promote additional services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and share best practices.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
