Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about our services and pricing
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs
Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved

Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a similar industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer software and customer management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
