Ecosure Insurance is looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

  • Stay informed about our insurance products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
