Responsibilities

• Provide information about our services and assist clients with their requests and concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
• Assist in processing orders, returns, and other customer service-related tasks.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and MS Office Suite.
