Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Manager and Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and analyzing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, with a particular focus on deploying and managing DynamicsCRM for sales and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems, data analysis, and project management, ensuring that our CRM strategies align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Deployment and Management
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of DynamicsCRM to meet business requirements across the enterprise value chain.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user support.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other work teams to integrate DynamicsCRM with other business systems and applications.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM metrics.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement and retention.
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project timelines.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use of DynamicsCRM by end-users.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize customer journeys and touchpoints.
System Maintenance and Support
- Perform regular system audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, providing technical support to users.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing DynamicsCRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading CRM projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Verifiable and proven track record in leading change across multiple functions in an organization across geographies and business units.
- Experience in a similar role within firms engaged in providing industrial services, distribution and/or value-added distributors to B2B customers, small- to large-cap customers.
- Certification in DynamicsCRM or related CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
