About this role
This role sits at the very heart of Glorify's Global Content Team; bringing organization, efficiency and quality control to content featured in the Glorify app. You will be creating synergy amongst our growing team (including writers, theologians, producers, voiceover artists, musicians, editors, agencies and creatives) and will be responsible for content delivery that is on time and of the highest standard. You will work across teams in the UK, USA & LATAM as you galvanize our content creation across the globe and will be fundamental in the day-to-day running and success of the Content team.
The Content Operations Manager will report directly to the Content Lead on the EN/Global team. Your role will be hands-on across all content and your work will directly influence what our millions of users see and hear on the app.
This is a challenging role with lots of moving parts; this team is responsible for creating outstanding content for three markets, in three different languages. This role is specifically responsible for the process and execution of EN/Global content.
Our content team are passionate and professional operators and we are looking for someone who is likewise! You should be someone we can blindly trust - you will take your role and responsibilities seriously, and will get the job done effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Daily worship quality assurance - including script QA, Voice Over QA and uploading: this is the most important part of your role
- Manage content production workflows (including timelines, contracts, meetings, vendor research, vetting / negotiations, invoicing and deliverables for both English and Spanish content)
- Oversee content library management and file organisation on CMS (Strapi) and Google drive (for publishing in the Glorify app)
- Responsible for content upload and publication, and programming of personalized content with performance reviews
- Oversee dashboard migration projects
- Establish and maintain great relationships with freelancers (content creators, writers, VO artists, sound designers and editors)
- Contribute to team ideas around content production (you will have to opportunity to produce content from scratch)
- Liaise closely with Content Lead for spanish and portuguese markets
- Work cross-functionally with product managers and our marketing / customer care teams on content and product feature progress (ensuring alignment on timelines and communicating any delays)
- Maintain organisation of documents including but not limited to:
- Global content release calendar
- Contract database
- Vendor database
- Weekly content reports (focused on WAU goals)
- Document content workflow globally
- Document meeting rhythm and communication flow
- Content budget
- Invoice process, tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Content Production Project Management / Operations and CMS workflows
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication / people skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Flexibility to pivot with shifting priorities
- Self Starter
- 3 years of experience min
Desired experience:
- Conversational Spanish or Portuguese
- Start-up experience
- Good understanding of the Christian space and faith.
- Familiarity with Christian content, our market and our competitors is a huge advantage.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
