About the Role
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to join our team at HLTH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients who sponsor HLTH’s events, such as ViVE and HLTH, and/or engage with our digital content and thought leadership programs. Reporting to the Head of Client Experiences in the US, you will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and sponsors. We are looking for candidates with a background in business development, sales, fundraising, or account management, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Experience working with healthcare organizations and startups is highly valued.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain, rebook and upsell sponsor partnerships leveraging HLTH’s event and content opportunities and introduce new-to-market offerings
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the needs of each client
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support for sponsors through a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
- Track and report daily on sales pipeline progress, from proposal to contract closure using CRM tools.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholder
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Independent and comfortable with organizational change and delivering against time-based deadlines
- Excellent planning, communication and organization skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare and events industries preferred
