About the Role

As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll be at the heart of our mission to elevate our cybersecurity solutions to new heights. We’re looking for someone with the vision and drive to significantly grow our revenue (aiming for a 2-3x increase) through innovative direct sales, strategic channel partnerships, MSPs, and automation. If you have a knack for separating security from business use cases and a proven history of building and leading top-tier sales teams, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll not only lead but inspire a team of talented individuals dedicated to making a difference in the cybersecurity space. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our offerings meet market needs. Your mission will be to develop and execute strategies that put us at the forefront of the industry, drive growth, and transform our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a revenue strategy that positions our cybersecurity solutions as market leaders.
  • Manage and motivate our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive unified and effective revenue operations.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team dedicated to generating revenue and achieving our goals.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align our solutions with market demands.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and sales enablement to maximize our impact.
  • Set and monitor key metrics to track performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the expansion of our teams, including roles like Head of Partnerships, VP of MSPs, and Head of Business Development, while exploring new business opportunities both in the U.S. and globally.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of CRO experience with a strong sales background.
    • Experience in cybersecurity.
    • Proven ability to manage and grow revenue teams.
    • Preference for candidates with startup experience and significant channel and MSP expertise.
    • Demonstrated success in building and scaling revenue teams with a focus on cybersecurity.
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and the cybersecurity market landscape.
