What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. As the first person a prospect may interact with at Eleos Health, you will play a key role in building relationships, understanding prospect needs, and educating them about Eleos. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies executed in collaboration with go-to-market (GTM) teammates.

You are a believer in strategic, targeted outbound strategies including account-based marketing (ABM). You know how to leverage technology and use data to manage your time, qualify prospects and drive continuous improvement. You have a passion for sales/marketing, operate with high accountability and are eager to make a positive impact in mental health care. You are flexible, adaptable and enjoy fast-paced, high-growth environments.
How will you contribute?
- Engage and book meetings for reps with high quality, high-intent United States-based behavioral health organizations
- Execute inbound and outbound prospecting through account/contract research, phone calls, emails, InMails, direct mail, etc. with attention to timeliness, relevance and personalization of outreach
- Contribute to and leverage best practice playbooks and resources including account/contact qualification guides, call scripts, email templates, objection handling tips, etc.
- Ensure accurate and complete activity, account and contact information is captured in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to manage service commitments and expectations around how accounts move through the buyer journey across teams, as well as how technology is applied to support this process
- Contribute to high-performance, positive team culture that promotes collaboration, creativity and accountability
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience, with at at least 1-2 years in sales development for technology/SaaS companies, with an exceptional track record of exceeding targets
- Experience working within Marketing and executing an outbound account-based marketing playbook
- Experience thriving in early-stage, high-growth environments characterized by rapid change
- Experience in the healthcare vertical is a plus
- Expertise with Salesforce.com and with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Groove)
- Highly team-oriented and collaborative
- Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities and knowing when to escalate
- Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously

- The base pay range for this position is $60,000-70,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
