RDM Associates is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close business deals.
