RDM Associates is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.

• Ability to effectively negotiate and close business deals.
